Oh my Gelati approached Boxed Gorilla for help with their graphic design and website needs. During our initial consultations, we discovered that their customers were experiencing confusion when it came to the ordering process and menu options. We immediately began to offer solutions to improve their customer experience.

First, we took a closer look at their menu design. Despite having a strong brand, their current menu structure was lacking in clarity and flow. We enhanced the design by color-coding and emphasizing options and choices, while refining the descriptions and break points to fit their physical space.

Second, we conducted a comprehensive photo shoot of OMG’s product categories to showcase their offerings and improve the visual appeal of their menu.

Third, we revamped their existing Squarespace website by developing custom code for their menus and add-on options, and integrated the new photos into the menu itself. By utilizing their existing brand assets and further developing them, we were able to create a more user-friendly ordering experience for their customers.
